- No heat under 62 degrees
- No power – Please check with your electric company first
- Sewer, major plumbing issues or active water leaks
- A damaging situation or potential fire hazard
- Security issues

RENTERS INSURANCE
Renters insurance compliance is monitored by ePremium. Per your lease, every tenant must complete one of the two options below:
Option A: Select a policy directly with ePremium
Option B: Upload a Third-Party Policy (Geico, State Farm, etc.)
- Ask your insurance carrier to add the following as an interested party on your policy:
Savarino Properties, LLC, PO Box 498067, Cincinnati, OH 45249 - Confirm with your carrier that you have a minimum of $100,000 in Personal Liability coverage and Tenant Water Damage coverage is included in your policy.
- Upload your revised policy. Upload policy to ePremium
- ePremium will review your documents for compliance. This may take 3–5 business days.
- Each year at renewal, upload a copy of your updated third-party policy to remain compliant.
Please note: If you do not enroll in an ePremium policy or upload a valid third-party policy to ePremium’s site, a monthly renters insurance fee will be charged to your tenant ledger until the requirement is met.
